DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic packages are shipped with emirates post. The price is 50 aed.
UAE returns are AED 50 for each order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders include free shipping, which is applied automatically. Shipping options and details will be visible on the checkout page once you have entered your billing and shipping address. Our system selects the most efficient carrier for your free delivery upon fulfillment; please note that transit times may vary depending on the destination.
Transit time varies from 7 to 30 business days depending on the destination. For this shipping option your order is shipped with the EMX service or DHL. Once your package reaches your country, it will be transferred to your local mail carrier who will then fulfill your delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Barocco Exclusive cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, or customs fees may be.
Barocco Exclusive is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. for more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office.
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders. Transit time begins the following business day from the date your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. If you experience any issues with the carrier that will be delivering your package, please feel free to contact the carrier directly. For further assistance in regards to which carrier is delivering your package, please reference your confirmation shipping email.
We will not be held responsible for orders that show “delivered”.
Should your delivery status be updated to delivered and you have yet to receive your order, you may be entitled to some form of compensation, however, a claim will need to be submitted with the carrier to assist you with resolving your dispute. Please note you must contact Barocco Exclusive within 7 days from delivery date to be eligible for a claim.
Signature may be required at the time of delivery for applicable orders. As always, our customer service team is available for additional assistance via email/telephone during business hours.
Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. A return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return cost may vary on international shipments).
